Orders placed from Monday to Friday will be processed and shipped the following business day.
Orders placed on weekends and public holidays will be processed and shipped two business days later.

No deliveries are made on weekends or public holidays.

BOODOO&CO. is unable to deliver to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
Items remain the property of BOODOO&CO. until receipt of final payment.

Our top priority is customer satisfaction. You may return your online order up to 14 days after receipt.

Please email boodooco@mail.com to start the return/exchange process. 

REFUND:

• A request for a return must be sent to our team at boodooco@mail.com  within 2 weeks of purchase, and we must receive your return package within 2 weeks of your request otherwise we cannot honour your return

• The cost of return shipping is taken on by the customer

• We will refund the full purchase amount, minus the shipping fee.

• Merchandise must new and unworn, have not been resized, and free from scratches and dirt/debris.

• Merchandise must be returned in the original packaging, otherwise, a £3 repackaging fee will be assessed.    

• Please allow up to 7 business days for your refund to be processed and issued

• BOODOO&CO.  reserves the right to deny an exchange, return, or replacement to anyone who we believe is taking advantage of our willingness to go above and beyond to serve our customers.

• Once a ring has been exchanged, we are not able to accept it for a refund.

EXCHANGE:

• Merchandise must new and unworn, have not been resized, and free from scratches

• You are allowed to exchange for any style that was available during your original time of purchase and it must be in stock (we cannot waitlist you for any styles) 

• Merchandise must be returned in the original packaging, otherwise, your new items will be sent in a velvet bag

• Please allow 3-4 business days for processing before your new items are shipped

• Items that have been exchanged are no longer eligible for a return

• Any items that show signs of wear or damage cannot be accepted for an exchange
